The Gap We Close

Most venture-backed companies get 12–18 months from launch before realizing they don't yet have a real strategy for payers, IDNs, or health systems. By the time they build one, they've lost runway they can't get back.

3 Lefts Group closes that gap, building the access engine early, so commercialization doesn't stall at the moment it matters most.

Engagement Models

  • 90-Day Launch Readiness Intensive A focused sprint engagement to get your organization commercialization-ready: access strategy, payer readiness, and account model design, delivered on a defined timeline.

  • Fractional Executive Ongoing senior-level access leadership, embedded with your team, without the cost or timeline of a full-time hire.

  • Executive Team Workshops & GTM Strategy Sessions Facilitated sessions to align leadership on market access strategy, payer dynamics, or competitive positioning before a key decision.

  • For Consulting Partners 3 Lefts Group also works alongside other consulting and advisory firms as specialized bench strength in market access, payer strategy, and account management, supporting your engagements without requiring you to build that expertise in-house.

ABOUT

My Philosophy: Lead with Heart. Drive with Data. Grow with Purpose.

I spent over 25 years building market access, payer strategy, and account management functions at a top-tier pharmaceutical manufacturer, a premier PBM and a dominant retail/specialty pharmacy provider, leading national and global teams through more than 22 product launches, including 9 blockbuster brands, across oncology, rare disease, vaccines, and antiviral portfolios.

I've led organizations of 100+ colleagues, managed multibillion-dollar contracting portfolios, and been the person in the room translating strategy into execution with payers, IDNs, government agencies, and pharmacy networks.

In 2020, I founded 3 Lefts Group, building it in parallel with my leadership work at a large pharmaceutical manufacturer. I kept seeing the same pattern: companies with strong science and real promise, stalling at launch because the access strategy came too late. I started this firm to close that gap for the next generation of life sciences leaders.

My background is a somewhat unusual blend: clinical training in nursing, a law degree focused on healthcare law and advocacy, and a business career built inside market access, commercial and account management. That combination is what shapes how I work, grounded in patient impact, disciplined by data, and built for the practical realities of getting a product to the people who need it.

What I bring to every engagement:

  • Direct experience owning access strategy and P&L accountability not theoretical frameworks

  • Deep, current relationships across payers, IDNs, government, and pharmacy channels

  • A track record of building "access engines" systems that connect strategy to execution, not just a signed contract

  • A practical, execution-first approach shaped by having done this work inside a Fortune 100 organization
